ANNOUNCES NEW PROSPERITY DIRECTOR POSITION
Polk, FL – United Way of Central Florida and the Florida Prosperity Partnership are currently seeking applications for a Prosperity Director, a new position created during the 2013-2014 grant allocation process at United Way of Central Florida. The position will be responsible for planning and developing community tools such as local credit counseling, money coaching, budgeting, and savings services for low and moderate income workers.
“Families need a place to turn for help learning skills to stabilize their income,” said Scott Lonsberry, Community Projects, at United Way of Central Florida. “There is a real need for these services in our community, and we need someone who can coordinate the various agencies to make sure these needs are met.”
