Welcome! Message from Penny Borgia, Chief Operating Officer

Non-profit partners also provided outstanding campaigns within their own agencies.  Employees who have not had a pay increase for up to four years, continued to increase their personal donations to UWCF.  Thirty-two from our non-profit programs are Leadership Givers; one is a Démocratie member and another is a Tocqueville member!  Their campaign support is proof positive that our partners believe in themselves, believe in each other and believe in Living United.  They know that their collaborative efforts create opportunities and a better life for all of us. 

UWCF partner programs promote financial stability, improve the health of their clients and help kids to succeed in school.  But they couldn’t do it without you.  More than 40% of UWCF funding comes from the Leadership Giving Association.   In the worst economy since 1929, LGA membership continues to grow in every category.  Thank you!  We are so proud to be a part of this generous and compassionate community!
