Do you have breakfast plans Friday, Dec. 2? You’re invited to attend the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce’s inaugural Nod to Nonprofits trade show and seminar. All chamber 501 (c)(3) organizations are invited to set up tables and showcase the amazing services they provide to our community.

Nod to Nonprofits is the final installment in the chamber’s 2016 Friday Forum Breakfast Series and will feature a “Power Panel” with three representatives of the area’s leading charitable organizations.
Alan H. Turner II, United Way of Central Florida President and CEO, will speak about the work UWCF does and will be joined by Terry Simmers, President and CEO of GiveWell Community Foundation, and Brian West, Media and Community Relations Manager for Publix Super Market.

Tickets are $15 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. Breakfast is included.
Nod to Nonprofits begins at 7 a.m. in LTB 1100 at Polk State College, 3425 Winter Lake Road in Lakeland. The “Power Panel” begins at 8 a.m.
